The Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board welcomes communication from the public.


Office hours

The Board secretariat office hours are 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If you  you wish to meet with a staff member, we advise you contact us first to make an appointment. A voice mail service is in operation for times when staff are unavailable.

All Board staff are currently working remotely and may be working flexible hours during the current Omicron outbreak. If you cannot get hold of the right person immediately, please leave a message or send an email, and you will be contacted promptly.
